1. Remove the cotton swab from inside the humidifier.

2. Soak the cotton swab fully in water for 1 minute.
   Important: Ensure the spring at the bottom of the cotton swab is not missing.

3. Reinstall the soaked cotton swab.

4. Fill the water tank, close the lid, connect the power, and press the start button to begin use.
